7. Terms of Sales:

Sales of all merchandise are final. No exceptions.

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases from Hindu Source store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at Hindu Source store, constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place an order.

The price for product of any kind and for services of any kind, excludes all taxes and phone charges, unless stated otherwise. Product prices do not include any sales, use, privilege, excise, or any other tax, duty, tariff, or assessment that may arise, and payment of any such costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for any taxes that you are obligated to pay or that we may collect from you. Taxes rate differs from State to State. You are responsible for all other charges (for example, phone charges or connection fees charged by your Internet Service Provider). Currency exchange settlements are based on your agreement with your payment method provider. We reserve the rights to change the price and terms of the sales policy and service at anytime without prior notice. In general, offers on this site are good only while supply last. Hindu Source makes all efforts to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate, current and complete. However, there may be instances when information about a product contains inaccurate or incomplete information, such as information about the product's pricing or availability. Prices and/or availability of product are subject to change without notice.

Submission of your order constitutes an offer by you to purchase, and Hindu Source reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Acceptance of an offer occurs when the order is accepted by Hindu Source and your credit card is successfully billed or other method of payment is verified by Hindu Source as successfully paid in full.

After submitting your order, you will be shown an order confirmation page and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided on the form. You should either print the order confirmation page and/or keep the e-mail confirmation for your records. Hindu Source is not and cannot be held responsible for any error of e-mail address that you may have submitted.

8. Shipment and Delivery:

There is a shipping and handling charge for all products. The cost of such charges will be determined at the time of purchase. We are not the carriers and do not assume any responsibility to determine the shipping charges. The shipping charges depend on your choice of carrier and their fees at time of purchase.

We only ship with the United States Postal, DHL, FedEx or UPS. No exceptions.

We do not ship to a P. O. Box; shipping address must be a residence and we do not do “Front Door” delivery (we do not leave the package outside your door or without a signature). Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package.

Payment must be expedited by credit or debit card. The product will be shipped as soon as the order is processed. Allow five to fifteen (5-15) business days for shipment to arrive.

If a rush on the order is required or requested, you will have to pay the additional fees required by a delivery service of your choice from the list of carriers that we only ship with.

If you do not agree to these terms, then you must cancel and stop using Hindu Source Website or Hindi Guru.

9. Return and Refunds:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Return Policy:

Sales of all products are final. An exchange may be considered at the sole discretion of the management of Hindu Source and such exchange shall only apply to the instructional audio Compact Disc (CD) or DVD that is part of the Hindi learning course named “Hindi Guru” and only if the instructional audio Compact Disc (CD) or DVD that is part of the course is defective by manufacturer; any terms of exchange shall be rejected and void, if it is determined that the CD or DVD was deliberately or otherwise damaged while in your possession. This term does not apply or infer any agreement to exchange or refund any other product, item or merchandise purchased. The costs of any returns will be at your expense. You are responsible for loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging products.

There is no exchange or refund for any special order or custom order. Sales of all custom orders or special orders are final. No exception.

If an item is defective, you must contact Hindu Source, LLC immediately, via the e-mail link of this Site or send a direct e-mail to info@hindusource.com to obtain a Return Authorization Code. Returns will not be accepted and exchange will not be done without a Return Authorization Code clearly marked on the outside of the package. You must return product in original or equivalent packing.

All returns must be done within seven days (7). Returns will not be accepted after seven days from the date you received the original merchandize, as verified by the shipping agency.

We will do all that is necessary within reasonable human means to ensure that you get what you paid for, but any misuse or attempt to tamper with this policy or the original product purchased, shall result in the forfeit of any agreement to replace the original defected product, without any liability whatsoever to Hindu Source, LLC, Pandit Roop Sukhram, or any employee or agent of Pandit Roop Sukhram or Hindu Source, LLC.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that correspondence or returns are delivered to us within the time period mentioned in this policy. Hindu Source accepts no responsibility and cannot be held liable in anyway, as a result of any delay, misplacement or loss of any correspondence or returns to us.

NOTE: Hindu Source recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Hindu Source or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

10. Online Billing and Errors:

We will provide you with an online bill. This is the only bill that we provide. Print and keep for your records. You may request a paper copy of the purchase receipt. If you request a paper copy, we may charge you a retrieval fee. We will only provide paper copies for the past 30 days. If we make an error on your bill, we will correct it promptly after you inform us and we investigate the charge. You must inform us within 10 days if an error appears on your bill. You release us from all liability and claims of loss resulting from any error that you do not report to us within 10 days of purchase. If you do not tell us within this time, we will not be required to correct the error. If upon receiving your credit card statement you find a billing error, you may contact us, at which time we will need proof of such error, and if the error is on our part, you will be entitled to a refund of only the portion in question. Hindu Source cannot be held responsible to pay any interests, accrued or otherwise, or any other form of liability regarding such refund or arising from such error.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase and resale of products, related products and/or services and support sold in the United States ("Products") by Hindu Source named on the invoice or other documents provided to you by Hindu Source. By accepting delivery of the Product, you agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time in Hindu Source sole discretion without prior written notice. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you must promptly notify Hindu Source. Products must remain in the boxes in which they were shipped to you and must not be opened. Notify us immediately to arrange a Product Return. If the package is opened or the original seal and packing is tampered with in any way, you will be bounded by the Terms of Sale. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES FOR THIS RETURN AND ADDITIONAL RESTOCKING FEES MAY APPLY. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH HINDU SOURCE.

11. E-mail:

By using this Web Site and providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to receive e-mail from us unless you advise us in writing or by e-mail that you do not desire to receive e-mail from us. By sending an e-mail to us and providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to receive responses via e-mail. If you no longer want to receive e-mail from us, you must notify us in writing or e-mail and we shall promptly remove you from our list. Be aware that it may take up to thirty days before you may stop receiving any mail from us.

12. License to Hindu Source, LLC:

Some portions of our Web Site may offer you the opportunity to make submissions, to offer comments or to post or exchange messages, ideas, notes, suggestions, information or materials with Hindu Source or other users or visitors (collectively “Submissions”).

We welcome your Submissions to our Web Site. However, any Submissions sent to Hindu Source shall be and remain the exclusive property of Hindu Source. Any Submissions to our Web Site shall constitute an irrevocable, perpetual assignment to Hindu Source of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in such Submissions. 15. Limitation of Liability:

THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER GENERAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFITS), WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF HINDU SOURCE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH OUR WEB SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR WEB SITE.
